Houston Casting Director
A casting director who knows Houston talent.
Pat Skiles is a Houston casting director with deep roots in the city's talent community. Through GS Casting LLC, her independent casting company, she casts commercials, television, film, voice-over, print and branded content for productions shooting in Houston — and for teams flying in who need a partner on the ground.
Experience on both sides of the table
Before casting, Pat Skiles spent roughly fifteen years as a SAG-AFTRA talent agent in Texas. She knows the performers in this market, the agencies that represent them and how a session needs to run for talent to do their best work.
That background means breakdowns reach the right agents quickly, and the shortlist you receive is considered rather than exhaustive.

The Houston talent market
Houston work spans national commercial production, energy and healthcare corporate projects, and a deep bilingual talent pool. We work closely with the SAG-AFTRA and non-union agencies across the city and the surrounding region.
Knowing who is working, who is right for the role and who is available on your dates is what keeps a Houston schedule on track.
Production support
We handle breakdowns, agency outreach, self-tape review, in-person sessions, callbacks and organized selects — with clear timelines and prompt answers so your producer never has to chase.
Out-of-town productions get a local point of contact who can move quickly once dates are set.
