Pat Skiles — Casting Director
Pat Skiles has spent her career on both sides of the casting table — first representing talent, now choosing it.
For roughly fifteen years Pat worked as a SAG-AFTRA talent agent. She built rosters, guided careers, negotiated bookings and came to know the Texas market performer by performer. When she moved into casting, she brought all of it with her.
Today she casts for production companies, advertising agencies, directors, producers, photographers and brands — working with talent agencies and managers throughout Texas and across the United States. GS Casting is an independent casting company, not a talent agency, and every performer presented comes through established representation.
Clients tend to describe the experience the same way: organized sessions, honest guidance about who is right for the role, and a casting director who answers the phone.

Good casting is not a numbers game. It is a considered shortlist, built with an understanding of the script, the brand and the day on set — and presented with the reasoning behind it.
